No. Invite them by email from your workspace. Viewers can read the whole picture — the map, the docs, release history — and ask anything in chat, without a GitHub account or access to the code itself.
Shipping a change is different: that always requires someone with GitHub write access to approve the pull request. Reading is open to the team; shipping still respects your repo permissions.

No. Reading and asking questions can’t touch the code. Changes only happen through the agent, on a separate branch, and only go live as a pull request that someone with write access approves. Nothing ships by accident.
